1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit and debit cards
• Net banking
• Bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS
• Cash, for locally coordinated moves where agreed in advance

2. Payment Structure

Bookings typically require a nominal advance/token amount to confirm the schedule, with the balance payable on completion of packing or before unloading at the destination, as agreed at the time of booking. The exact split will be confirmed in your booking summary.

3. Invoicing & GST

A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every service. GST is charged at the applicable rate as per prevailing government regulations and is included in your final invoice.

4. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, secure payment gateways. Sure Shift does not store your card details on its servers.

5. Outstanding Payments

Delivery of goods may be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared, as per the terms agreed at booking. Delayed payments may attract applicable late fees as communicated in advance.
