After completing his MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Vikas built his career within the relocation industry itself, working with one of India's leading moving companies. From the inside, he saw the gap between what customers were promised and what they actually received: deliveries that arrived late, consignments that showed up damaged, no real way to track a shipment, and an industry still running on paper — handwritten inventories, manual bilty, error-prone paperwork.
